Pitney Bowes is located on a promontory in Long Island Sound.  The corporate headquarters contains offices for 1200 people on three floors.  The workstations are organized around the two interior skylit atriums.  This permitted the employees to have either an atrium view or a view towards Long Island Sound.  Other program elements include a parking garage, auditorium, Executive Dining, Boardroom, Cafeteria (with an outdoor dining terrace) and Fitness Center with outdoor jogging trails.
