Office, Exam rooms, Nurses station, Toilet, Staff pantry Renovation
This project was a reconfiguration of multiple spaces on the floor. Exam rooms were added, the staff lounge upgraded, a bathroom and some office space redesigned. The design intent was to have the new spaces seamlessly fit in the existing unit. Even though the original floor was completed about a decade ago, the materials and finishes originally used were no longer either available or on the standards program new materials were selected that complemented them. The space was occupied during construction. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
