The headquarters consisted of a large highrise office building for a  major Dutch Bank.  In addition to the office space, the program included a Congress Hall, Auditorium, Dealing Room, and Cafeteria.  The client was interested in fusing American and Dutch office design and products and creating an environmentally sensitive building.  Consequently, some of the design moves included office lightwells or vides, and coffee bars for informal meetings.
